Mara Herman

Mara began working with the Ecology Center in 2014 as a fellow in the first cohort of the Health Leaders Fellowship program. After completing the program in 2015, Mara continued to stay involved in the Ecology Center and became a full-time staff member in July 2015. As of 2021, Mara is the Ecology Center's Health Policy Specialist. Since joining the Ecology Center, she has been involved in coordinating the Health Leaders Fellowship, while also staying involved in broader issues related to the intersections between health, climate, energy, and toxic chemical exposures.
